Direct Mateo Clients
Each Mateo piece is thoughtfully crafted. While all sales are final, we are happy to offer a complimentary review of exchange requests within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that made-to-order pieces and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return or exchange.
If an exchange is approved, clients are kindly responsible for the associated shipping fees.
Purchases from Authorized Retailers
If your Mateo piece was acquired through one of our retail partners, we invite you to connect with them directly for any return or exchange assistance. As each retailer maintains its own policies, they are best placed to support you. Mateo New York is unable to process returns or exchanges for pieces not purchased directly from us.
